Programs

Coaching Circles

Small groups of leaders who meet regularly to think together, learn from lived experience, and support one another through real challenges. Less advice, more perspective. A place to practice leadership in community.

Leadership Coaching

One-to-one coaching for leaders holding complexity, responsibility, or transition. This work supports clarity, presence and embodiment, and discernment—helping you act with intention, even when the path is murky.

Immersion Programs

Time-bound learning experiences for groups moving through similar challenges. These programs blend reflection, dialogue, and a peer-coaching practice, helping participants build shared language, trust, and better ways of working together.
