Brand Strategy – LOFTY PARIS



We approached to assist in the naming of this technology startup that would appeal to its core customer segments. The proposition is for urban dwellers to free up their space through a tidy service that picks up unwanted items, chronicles them in the in-house App, and delivers back on demand. Neat we think. Launched in Paris, expansion to the London is set for Winter 2015 with other European cities to follow.



Qualitative research and customer interviews resulted in clear buckets for potential names

User testing, closed crowdsourcing and a standardized voting system led to a shortlist
