Wonderland Magazine is a leading lifestyle publication originally backed by Peter Jones (Dragon’s Den) now celebrating its 10th year. Looking to diversify their business we designed a digital strategy and developed their new platform to increase reader engagement while attracting advertising revenue. The biggest challenge was to coordinate personnel across the creative, editorial and sales teams to become more adaptive and help foster innovation.
